DescriptionIn answer to Richardson's letter of the 3 July, Harrison has been unable to trace any communication on the composition of hardened steel in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society', and with reference to the concluding sentence of Harrison's letter, any communication to the Society must be received through a Fellow of the Society.
