DescriptionThe Secretaries have asked Harrison to reply to Galton's letter of the 2 [June] to Professor [Arthur William] Rucker, concerning Mr Wragge's enclosed request [not attached]. They think the best mode of assisting Council to arrive at a decision will be to informally obtain the opinion of Members of the Meteorological Council. Asks Galton to let himself or the Secretaries know the result.
