DescriptionIn reply to Wirth's letter of the 10th, addressed to Rix, Harrison fear's that Wirth's suggestion as to an International Register of Patent Specification is entirely beyond the scope of the International Catalogue Committee. Encloses a copy of the resolutions arrived at by the International Conference held at the Society last year and would call attention to resolution 25 as bearing on the subject of Wirth's letter [not attached].
