DescriptionReports on Government Grant questions before the Council yesterday. Oglivie-Grant's application was deferred for further enquiry in view of the fact that some one else is, or has lately been, exploring Socotra. Dr Copeland's application has been referred to the Joint Permanent Eclipse Committee for consideration and report. Council have passed a resolution approaching the action of the Chairman of Board D and the Secretary with regard to the distribution of Dr Kannermeyer's specimens. Queries how to proceed.
