DescriptionLord Kelvin [William Thomson] is anxious to have the certificate of Major Cardew of the Board of Trade re-suspended, but it is necessary before this that he should have a written request from one of the Fellows who originally signed it, Lord Kelvin is not one of these but Perry is. Queries if Perry is inclined to request the re-suspension.
