TitleCopy letter from an unknown correspondent, to Dr Kelvin
Date[22 February 1898]
DescriptionThe Duke of Argyll has written to say that he cannot be here on Thursday but proposes to send the statement. Can let Kelvin have the statement after the meeting, along with the statements of other contributors subject to their permission.

The Committee decided not to have a shorthand report of the discussion but agreed that someone (and Kelvin was suggested) should be authorized to prepare a general report of the meeting for the "Times".
