DescriptionThe Secretaries have drawn up a letter which is now being despatched to the Foreign Office, covering the report of the International Catalogue Committee. Encloses a copy of this letter [not enclosed] but now finds that the India Office was separately approached on the former occasion. Dr Armstrong has suggested applying to Strachey to ask the best way to approach the India Office.
