|Title||Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Michael Foster, Fellow of the Royal Society|
|Date||[6 April 1898]|
|Description||Have sent the letter to the Foreign Office and is getting printed copies to follow it. Am sending out the letters to the Delegates today and hopes that all the printed matter will follow from Harrisons tomorrow but this depends on Mr Armstrong who has taken the matter in to hand. |
One part of the programme which was not provided in the communication is the participation of the Colonies and India in the Catalogue. Harrison has therefore written a letter to the Colonial Office and asked (at Dr Armstrong's suggestion) Sir R Strachey to put the matter in proper train with the India Office.
