| Description | The Secretary's letter was laid before the Council. The President and Council are happy to have provided assistance to the Board of Trade in the matter of the Metric Units proposed to be standardized under the provisions of the Weights and Measures (Metric System) Act, 1897. They also hope that the Board of Trade will let them know of any resolutions of the Bureau des Poids et Mesures which may in the future be transmitted to the Board. |
