TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to the Secretary, Science & Art Department, South Kensington, S.W.
Date20 June 1898
DescriptionReferring to the Secretary's letter on the subject of the International Congress of Applied Chemistry, the enquiry whether the Royal Society wish to appoint Delegates to the Congress was submitted to the President and Council at their last meeting. It was decided that the Congress is of too technical a nature to render it desirable for the Royal Society to be represented at its meetings this year.
