DescriptionThere was not a quorum at the last meeting of the Physics and Chemistry Committee and, in accordance with Standing Order 23, 'the decisions arrived at by a meeting of a Committee at which the members do not form a quorum shall be valid, if subsequently agreed to in writing by not less than two-thirds of the whole Committee.' Therefore encloses minutes [not enclosed] of the above meeting and requests to to be signed if met with approval.
