DescriptionApologises for delay in replying to the Secretary's letter, B.5636(98) of the 24th instant. Section 29 is adequate to protect the Kew Observatory against the magnetic disturbances caused by a light electric railway from Uxbridge to Hanwell. Provided that this section is retained unaltered in the final form of the order it may be regarded as satisfactory.
