DescriptionEncloses a copy of the acta of the International Conference on the Catalogue of Scientific Literature [not enclosed]. Langley will see that delegates were instructed to take steps in their respective countries to organize committees to consider all questions connected with the catalogue, and these committees are to report to an International Committee which was nominated by the Conference. The International Committee is to report by the end of July 1899 and its decisions will be laid before another final conference. Langley was nominated a member of the Committee and Rucker hopes they will be willing to accept the nominations and give their valuable assistance to the Committee.
