DescriptionAcknowledges receipt of Sanderson's letter of yesterday transmitting a transacioin of a note from the Austro-Hungarian Charge d'Affaires conveying the decision of the Austrian Minister of Education to send two delegates to the International Catalogue Conference, and describing the nature of the assistance which the Ministry will be ready to render in the compilation of the Catalogue. Encloses for the information of Count Mensdorff two advance copies of the decision[?] of the conference [not enclosed].
