TitleCopy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to Professor Callendar, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date27 January 1899
DescriptionThe accompanying paper by [Samton] has been communicated. It is longer than the ordinary length fixed for 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' so Rucker cannot accept it on his own authority. The Chairman, Carey Foster, will therefore be glad if Callendar gives his own opinion on whether it should be published in its present form.
