TitleCopy letter from Michael Foster, to Professor [T] G B Howes, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date21 December 1898
DescriptionIt is thought that Dr Beard's paper is not suitable for the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society] as his evidence is not adequate. It has not been accepted and is therefore free to be withdrawn as not 'communicated'.

If Foster wishes to communicate the full paper referred to in this paper, as for the 'Philosophical Transactions', if he thinks it is suitable, then it will be considered in the usual way.
