TitleCopy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to Dr Eduard Suess, Kais. Akademie der Wissenschaften, Vienna
Date20 April 1899
DescriptionGlad to learn that the difficulties in the way of forming an International Association of Academies are likely to be overcome. Approves of summoning a preliminary Conference at which arrangements can be made for the holding of the first formal meeting of the Union of Academies.

Seems fitting that the invitations should come from the Royal Society.
