TitleCopy letter from Robert William Harrison, to P E Ridge, Office of Works, War Office, Pall Mall, S.W.
Date19 July 1899
DescriptionAfter writing the enclosed letter yesterday [not attached] people from the Water Company called in the evening without being able to offer any explanation for the deficiency in supply. Since the new cistern is clearly inadequate to the supply of the many demands created by the new arrangements fitted last year, unless continuously replenished, it is vital the Water Company be compelled to give a continuous water supply. Trusts Ridge may be able to bring pressure to bear on the Company. The running of the kitchen tap has again become defective.
