| Description | As Herdman is now Chairman of the Zoology Committee, he must be troubled with the following matter. A paper by Dr J W Gregory on 'Polytremacis and the Ancestry of Helioporidea' has been submitted by the late Secretary and the late Chairman, to two Fellows as to its suitability for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'. Harrison encloses the Fellows' reports herewith [not enclosed]. As the reports do not agree it is desirable the paper be submitted to a third referee and Harrison asks Herdman for suggestions. |
