TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Victor Alexander Haden Horsley, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date16 January 1888
DescriptionAcknowledges receipt of Horsley's manuscript, noting that although only a small portion of it has been fair copied he will submit it to Dr Michael Foster without delay. Pending Foster's decision that the resolution of the Committee has been complied with, the manuscript will be sent to the printers. Rix mentions that printing can begin as soon as the plates have been started, but the Royal Society will need to have an estimate before the plates can be begun.
