DescriptionJohn Evans, the Royal Society Treasurer, is inclined to pay Harrisons 250 pounds on account for the Krakatoa work, as work on it has stopped due to a delay with the frontispiece. Before Rix sends the cheque, he advises Symons to check the bill as Symons' corrections come to 150 pounds, which is almost half the total amount.
