DescriptionRix states that is essential he should have the various dividends and various stock transaction business properly posted before their first Council Meeting on 25 October, so that he can inform the Officers of the amount available for use on the Donation and other Trust Funds. Asks that Keen name an approximate date for attending the Royal Society to complete the agreement of their books with the bankers, which were not finished in July, and Rix will work to ensure they are ready for the date Keen names.
