DescriptionSends herewith at Sir Michael Foster's request the following documents requiring the attention of the Malaria Committee or Lister [no enclosures]: letters and report by Dr Daniels on Anopheles which Foster thinks should be circulated among the members of the Committee once Lister had read it; a letter from the Colonial Office enclosing correspondence respecting the destruction of mosquitoes; a letter from the Colonial Office enclosing a suggestion for the establishment of a laboratory in West Africa for the study of tropical disease.
