Date15 October 1900
DescriptionAs part of the scheme for the re-organization of the electric lighting in the building the Council, on the advice of their Electric Lighting Committee, is making provision for the introduction of alternating current for experimental purposes, supplementary to the direct current with which the building is lighted.
