DescriptionHarrison received Bose's note enclosing an addition to his paper and as he has no power to accept a paper or part of a paper unless communicated by a Fellow, he has submitted the addition to the original communicator Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt]. Harrison has highlighted to Harrison that Bose's paper considerably exceeds the length usually accepted for the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'.

Is sending a copy of Bose's former 'Proceedings' paper and is sending one to 'L'Eletticita'.
