DescriptionA paper in two parts by [Jagadis Chunder] Bose has come in, on a molecular strain theory of photographic action. Rucker suggests [Raphael] Meldola and [Oliver Joseph] Lodge as referees. The paper is for the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' but is much longer than the limit [for that title].
