Encloses a letter from David Bruce received this morning [not enclosed].

Is issuing summonses to an antarctic meeting next Tuesday. Queries Foster's opinion of summoning Dr Blandford to the meeting, noting the difficulty that Blanford represents the [Royal] Geographical [Society] on the Joint Committee and summoning him might raise difficulty regarding the other Geographical members.
