DescriptionEncloses Professor Fleming's report, along with two explanatory letters, on Mr Williams' 'Electrical Resistance' paper [no enclosures]. Explains if a paper is not accepted then it is correct to contact the Fellow who communicated it and give him the option of withdrawing it. Acknowledges his consent to send [William de Wiveleslie] Abney's paper to the printers for publication in the 'Proceedings of [the Royal Society]'. Messrs Veley and Manley's paper has bee sent to Professor Liveing.
