DescriptionA Committee of the Royal Society has carefully considered Clay's paper 'On the Application of Maxwell's Curves to Three Colour Work', and while not thinking it suitable for publication in 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]', they are prepared to recommend it for 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' if he can condense the length. Includes suggestions for modifications.
