|25 February 1901
|Sending some remarks before the publication of his paper 'Wave-Length Determinations and General Results Obtained from a Detailed Examination of Spectra Photographed at the Solar Eclipse of January 22, 1898'. Draws his attention to several remarks asking him to provide clearer details on photographs, descriptions, plates and footnotes so as not to confuse the reader. Asks him if he is willing to revise the paper, and if so will send it on accordingly. Explains it will be necessary to reduce the size of the plates for reproduction in 'Transactions [of the Royal Society]'.
