TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor George Howard Darwin, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date12 October 1901
DescriptionHas Darwin's letter of the previous day and has stopped the abstract of Darwin's last paper until he hears again from Darwin. By the same post which brought Darwin's letter, Harrison received the authority of the Chairman of the Sectional Committee to proceed with printing of this paper in the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]', subject to certain suggestions being communicated to Darwin. Harrison must now refer again to the Chairman, in the meantime asks if the corrections he wishes to make will necessarily involve the withdrawal and representation of the paper.
