TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Robert Bellamy Cilfton, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date25 October 1901
DescriptionThanks Clifton for his letter of the previous day, returning the prof of the Minutes. Has added a minute about papers by Mrs Ayrton and Mr Duddell, as Clifton suggested.

Has received the manuscripts by Mr Porter and Doctors [Howard Turner] Barnes and [Ernest George] Coker, and the new pages by Mr Filon. Has sent the two papers to referees as Clifton desires. Professor Ewing communicated the paper by Barnes and Coker and Harrison has therefore sent it to Professor Callendar. Filon's paper will come before Council next Thursday.

Explains why he does not as a rule acknowledge receipt of registered packets.
