DescriptionWith reference to Fry's acceptance of the chairmanship of the special committee appointed to enquire into the Dr [Salvatore] Calandruccio's claims to the Darwin Medal, Harrison is requested by Sir M Foster to send a translation of Calandruccio's original letter to the President [William Huggins] together with sundry documents relating to the subject of the enquiry. Lists seven types of documents sent to Fry which are to eventually be returned to the Society.
