DescriptionTheir letter regarding the subject of the arrangements to be made in connection with the return of the 'Discovery', has been laid before President and Council, and they are directed to state that they agree to the general arrangements in the letter, especially considering the Royal Geographical Society's President and Council are undertaking to provide funds of £3,000 for the refitting and return of the vessel from Lyttleton.
