TitleCopy letter sent from Joseph Larmor and Archibald Geikie, to The Secretary, H M Treasury
Date28 February 1904
DescriptionReferring to their previous letter of 30 November 1903, Larmor and Geikie are now directed to send the enclosed detailed statement from the Executive Committee of the National Physical Laboratory [no enclosure].

President and Council consider any delay in the settlement of a scheme of the future development of the Laboratory to be injurious to its reputation and progress. They support very strongly the appeal for the Treasury to take into consideration the work and organization of the Laboratory with a view to lay down the lines that ought to be followed in the future.
