DescriptionCouncil, having decided that it is not expedient to publish [treatises?] large enough for separate publication in 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]', instead will arrange with of of the University Presses for his paper to be printed as a separate [treatise?]. The title page will say that it was paid for by a subsidy from the Royal Society of London.
