DescriptionThe referee's reports of [?] paper has come in, and the Physics Committee does not meet for some time, so Larmor is sending on a copy. Larmor has been looking at the manuscript, and he thinks it is very ill deposited [?]. Enquires if Schuster thinks it could be recommended for 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' if it was condensed in a rigorous manner.
