DescriptionAcknowledges the receipt of their letter of 2 April on the subject of the proposed expedition to study Sleeping Sickness in Uganda, stating that H M Commissioners in the East Africa Protectorate and Uganda, and the Chief Engineer of the Uganda Railway, have been requested to assist the expedition, and that free passes over the Railway will be given to the members of the Commission.
