DescriptionHarrison shall be happy to place every facility in McKenzie's way for using the library. To conform with the regulations of using the library, Harrison ought to be provided with a letter from the Fellow who introduces McKenzie, but he need not wait for that before allowing him to make use of the library. However he cannot let any books go out unless upon written request by a Fellow.
