|Date||15 May 1902|
|Description||Sir Michael Foster has requested Low be sent the enclosed letter [no enclosures] from the Secretary of the Church Missionary Society. He will no doubt arrange to see Dr A R Cook, and Sir Michael Foster thinks it would be very desirable for Low to obtain an interview with the Bishop of Uganda, who is presently in the country and intends to remain here over the Coronation. |
Presumes he has received instructions from the Foreign Office regarding the procedure when he arrives at Mombasa.
