DescriptionThe members of the Commission which is about to proceed to the West Indies [Caribbean] will be under an obligation to report to the Committee of the Royal Society, with which all questions of publication will rest. Any popular account of their investigations will have to be a matter purely for the observers as individuals. Harrison will call the two gentlemen's attention to the Editor's letter, if they so wish.
