DescriptionSir Michael Foster thinks Lister should see the enclosed papers by Dr Stephens and Dr Christophers together with Dr Manson's statements upon them [no enclosures]. If Lister concurs with his view, Harrison is to set up the first paper in type to distribute to the Malaria Committee and to communicate Manson's suggestions regarding the second paper to Stephens and Christophers.
