|Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to William Napier Shaw, Fellow of the Royal Society, Secretary, Meteorological Office, 63 Victoria Street, S.W.
|15 October 1902
|Acknowledges Shaw's note of 13 October together with the revised proofs and copy of the Meteorological Observations of the 'Southern Cross' Antarctic Expedition. Since the observations have been published practically as a paper for the Royal Society, Harrison takes it that the original documents and observations should be preserved at the Society, but does not suppose their would be any difficulty in Shaw retaining them, if they file a memorandum to that effect.
