|Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr Augustus Desire Waller, Fellow of the Royal Society, London, N.W.
|4 December 1902
|Is very sorry that the performance of Waller's interesting experiments should have been interfered with by the problems with the fish from Grimsby but thinks it right to place on record that no responsibility in the matter rests with anyone at the Society. Quotes the circular Waller completed regarding his paper made no reference to any materials for experiments being sent direct to the Society. Explains that the fish arrived at the Society at 7am and were sent on to Waller's address as the house porter could not reasonably be expected to associate a basket of fish with 'Blaze-Currents'.
