DescriptionDr Klein sent a note to-day saying that his man, Dr Scholberg is willing to go to Uganda [regarding Sleeping Sickness]. Scholberg delivered the note himself and after some conversation Harrison wonders if Klein has misunderstood what was required from the position. Supposes the Committee's requirements will be made perfectly clear and definite by the sub-committee which is to draw up a scheme of instructions.
