DescriptionAcknowledges their letter regarding the arrangements made for Lieutenant Colonel David Bruce for his Sleeping Sickness investigation in Uganda, and the telegram to His Majesty's Commissioner regarding these preparations.

Also acknowledges their letter of 27 January stating that Sleeping Sickness has been transmitted to South Africa via the emigration of labourers from the Protectorate.
