|At a meeting of the Committee into the Sleeping Sickness disease with Lieutenant Colonel David Bruce, it was decided that it is essential to attempt and convey the disease to monkeys. Asks them to convey a telegraph to Colonel Sadler as to the possibility of obtaining monkeys in Uganda for this purpose. Some dozen or more at least will be wanted. Should it be impossible to get monkeys in Uganda, he will have to take some with him.
