DescriptionForwarded his letter asking for reasons to the Chairman of the Sectional Committee which dealt with his paper. He has replied with words to the effect that expert opinion was consulted over its acceptance by the Royal Society. Larmor reminds him that it not desirable or customary to give out reasons of Sectional Committees.
