DescriptionThe application on behalf of Mr Wigham came after Bonney left yesterday, so Harrison is now in possession of the necessary business for the Committee. The Treasurer believes he will be able to settle the matter about the Mackinnon question with the Council on Thursday, and so he will not need to attend the Scientific Relief Committee.
