TitleCopy letter from Sir Michael Foster to, Mrs [Maria] Ogilvie Gordon
Date17 January 1903
DescriptionAs her letter appears to be written to Foster privately, and not officially, he gladly replies in the same sense. Assures her that in the deliberations over her paper her interests were not neglected. When she says in her letter that all the geologists in the Royal Society now can have possession of the contents of her paper, Foster thinks she does not fully grasp the implication of her words, otherwise she might wish she had not said them.
